Mission
CoreNet Global's mission is to advance the practice of Corporate Real Estate (CRE). The Hong Kong Chapter aims to recognize excellence in workplace design, project delivery, facilities management, and commercial leasing tenant representation.
Call for Submissions
We invite all trailblazers in the field to showcase their exceptional work. Submissions are open to both individuals and companies, including end-users and service providers.
Award Categories
Best Workplace Project – Design: Excellence in design for new corporate office environments.
Best Workplace Project – Delivery: Excellence in planning and delivering workspace environments.
Excellence in Facilities Operations and Management: Recognition of maintenance and operation of corporate office facilities.
Best Real Estate Transaction: Innovation and value creation in leasing transactions.

Each submission must be in a single PDF file, no more than 15 pages long.

Eligibility
- Projects completed within the last 3 years in Hong Kong.
- Open to interior design firms, architects, project managers, facility managers, and CRE professionals.
- Individuals and companies can nominate themselves or be nominated with client consent.
