I’m truly excited to welcome you all to our new board and operating committee of the CoreNet Global Hong Kong Chapter!
I am honoured to lead this chapter alongside a talented group of individuals to make this a great success. As your new chair, together with the new board, we are committed to driving positive change. By collaborating closely and appreciating each other's viewpoints, we can create great synergies that push our industry towards a great outcome.
Transparency will be our foundation. Open chats and sharing of ideas are what will build trust and teamwork in our industry. I encourage everyone to jump in, join our events, participate in open dialogue, give us your feedback, and get involved — your insights and contributions are vital to our success.
Here are a few key initiatives we’ll focus on during our time together:
1. Growing our membership: Let’s spread the word and invite new members to strengthen our community and amplify our impact.
2. Engaging our community: We want to strengthen our ties with the local community to keep our organisation relevant and connected.
3. Encouraging university relations and young leaders: By building relationships with universities, we inspire and empower the next generation of industry leaders.
4. Creating shared values with our sponsors and service providers: Solid partnerships will enhance our offerings and align our goals with those of our sponsors, for mutual success.
5. Adding value to our members: At the heart of everything we do, it is about enriching the experience and benefits for our members.
